We look forward to seeing all our vendor partners who will be joining us in shaping the future of neurosurgery at the Michigan Association of Neurosurgeons Annual Meeting.  This premier event provides exhibitors with a unique opportunity to connect with leading neurosurgeons, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers in a collaborative environment dedicated to advancing excellence in patient care and innovation.

Exhibitor Packages

Choose from a range of exhibit/sponsor packages to align with your goals and budget ensuring a customized approach to your exposure.
All exhibit table packages come standard with the following:

  •  8 ft table and 2 chairs
  • 2 representative name badges
  • Complimentary breakfasts and lunches with attendees
  • 2 tickets to the Friday evening welcome reception, RSVP Required
  • Acknowledgement in the onsite brochure; full color logo
  • Discounted housing rates

Add On: 

Extra Exhibitor Rep:  Extra Reps must be registered in advance by, or in coordination with, the exhibiting company and will receive their badges on-site during check-in.
Includes name badge and entrance into the exhibit hall, Friday welcome reception, scientific sessions, and access to breakfasts and lunch with attendees.
Available to SILVER level and above (maximum 2 per company)

Product Theater:  Limited availability.  A non-CME educational program planned implemented by the presenting company.   

Silver Exhibit Package $4,700

All options that are included with "Exhibit Table" PLUS

  • Silver sponsorship name badge ribbons
  • Company logo with link on our website (Aug-Dec 2026)
  • Company logo on "Thank you" slides onsite
  • Post meeting attendee list
  • One social media acknowledgement

Gold Exhibit Package $5,500

All options that are included with "Exhibit Table and Silver" PLUS

  • Gold sponsorship name badge ribbons
  • Dedicated email to registered attendees (before or after the meeting)
  • Acknowledgment announcement from the MANS President at the welcome reception
  • Recognition as MANS Support at beverage station
  • Option to include one branded item/brochure of your choice in each attendee welcome packet onsite.

Platinum Exhibit Package $6,500

All options that are included with "Exhibit Table, Silver and Gold" PLUS

  • 2 additional name badges for reps (4 reps in total)
  • Platinum sponsorship name badge ribbons
  • Acknowledgement of Platinum Sponsorship on the MANS website (Aug-Dec 2026)
  • Logo featured on official attendee giveaways
  • Recognition as Platinum support at dinner tables
  • Acknowledgment announcement at the welcome reception.
  • Post event social media feature as platinum supporter

  •  Tabletop exhibit space
  • 2 representative name badges
